Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once payment has cleared, orders generally ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm will ship the following Monday.

We process all orders from our distribution center in Arizona. 

Standard Shipping is expected to take 3-5 business days, but is not guaranteed by Crafted Energy or the carrier selected.

If your order total is over $49, you will receive free Standard Shipping.

Should you wish to cancel your order after an order is placed, you must contact us via email orders@craftedenergy.com prior to your order being shipped.

If you wish to cancel and the order has been shipped, return policy guidelines apply.
